A critical thinker, using both his left and right sides of the brain. Both sides are constantly sharing their philosophical theories in the quest to excel. He is an innovation leader but also an effective team player.
Alius listens to trendy music groups from different genres appreciating their differentiation and style. As a matter of fact, Alius describes his music style as indie-hemian. Alius wears trendy clothes that reflect his contemporary style. His outfits as well as his soul “evolve” but are constant in following his personal style.
Alius is a strategic risk taker and knows that beyond traditional advertising and marketing there is much more to a brand, thus he became a passionate brander. He lives to understand, design, and communicate his partners’ brands. He enjoys traveling and learning the new international trends. Alius is in touch with the world and the brands that are moving it, creating new cultures and changing established values. He learns from others’ successes and failures and seeks to learn and grow everyday to enrich itself and its partners and accepts change as a constant.
Just as our brand, our working environment is open, comfortable, and places special emphasis on the strategies and the “storms”...that is brainstorming sessions to build brands.
