Case: St. James Security became the largest security company in the Puerto Rico market after the acquisition of Ready and Responsible Security Inc. The company needed to re-brand its image and unify both organizations under the St. James Security brand which had over 40 yrs of legacy.
Challenge: Differentiate St. James Security from other security companies and communicate trust, leadership, unique portfolio of services and innovative approach.
Result: We ran a quantitative marketing research study coupled with a competitive industry analysis to create a comprehensive strategy for the new brand. Resulting from the plan we developed the: new brand identity, experiential contact : new uniforms, vehicle signage and corporate B2B presentation.
