Case: The CPA Firm needed to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to reposition itself in a very competitive industry. The process needed to include the development and execution of a Market Research Study, Quantitative Client understanding and an internal opportunity business assessment.
Challenge: Create a differentiating marketing approach targeting B2B clients in a very competitive and segmented industry.
Results: New corporate divisions were created. Also organizational restructuring was executed given the marketing research findings and recommendations. The Firm is still implementing the plan.
