
Case: OESE is real estate developer headquartered in Puerto Rico who wanted to position itself as one that focused on creating a structured sales/purchasing process to ensure customer follow through and satisfaction.
Challenge: Develop new master brand strategy, identity and branded experience to clearly establish its brand path and positioning.
Result: First, we partnered with OESE and performed industry trend research, as well as, analyzed in depth information of OESE to develop the brand promise and positioning statements. Resulting from the analysis and new positioning a new brand identity was developed. This lead to the development of: New brand ID including: naming, logo, stationary and Sub-Brand naming and ID’s.
