
Case: MHI’s cosmetology program is the most highly regarded cosmetology learning system on the Island. The cosmetology school needed a new website and experiential communication to connect with possible and existing candidates. MHI needed to position themselves with an image of glamour to compete effectively in the market. We researched the international best practices and suggested the communication strategy to follow.
Challenge: Create a cohesive and consistent image that would exalt MHI’s position as a fashion cosmetology institution while balancing its solid hands-on educational approach.
Result: alius developed the corporate website structure via a Joomla CMS platform to enable users to view the website via cel-phone, learn and inquire about key institutional requirements and offerings, while allowing MHI the facility to update pictures and content to connect with existing and potential clients. The communications strategy was carried to the other experiential platforms to ensure consistency and reinforce positioning.
